The room and the view are great. Make sure you ask for a south view.
The lobby is just terrible. Don't let it scare you!

I had a pleasantly surprising stay at a hotel in the beautiful mountains. The room was clean and had a balcony with stunning views. The buffet-style dinner had a great variety of fresh food. The breakfast was also excellent. The large pool complex and health spa were fantastic facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning mountain view, clean, spacious rooms with balconies. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Great facilities like indoor pool, park, and bike rentals. Helpful and friendly staff. Recommended for friends and family. Delicious food with daily dinner selection. Empty and comfortable spa. Fantastic location for local trips. Two pools with hot and cold water, open until late. Good stay overall.

Very Nice breakfast
They gave us a room in the 3 star section, very small and very old with no balkony an a window on the parking..... For 90 euro/night a real disappointment. Be carefull to be sure where is the room they give you!!! They have rooms bigger and with balcony but when I asked to be changed they told it was 24 euros more.

What a fantastic ski resort! the stunning mountain views are a highlight, and the facilities are top, notch. the wellness area is a must, visit, with its saunas, steam rooms, and jacuzzis. the buffet breakfast is a treat, with a wide variety of options, including natural juices.
Our evening meal wasn't up to scratch this time around. this may have been due to us visiting during the off, season.

Good location.
Dining staff rarely said hello. Food limited (buffet) if you have been to Spain, cruise E.T.c and little imagination E.G. Soup = Beef Broth every night! No wi-fi in rooms

We stayed in this hotel in the past, and always enjoyed it very much. This year we were surprised with the beautiful addition, where we stayed. Swimming was fantastic, excellent service.
Unfortunately there was a leak in the hallway, bucket and some towels were put there to absorb the water. Not a very pretty sight..

The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountains in the distance. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals served at the hotel's restaurant, especially the breakfast and dinner buffets. The pools were a highlight of our stay, offering both hot and cold water and staying open until 21:00. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.
One drawback was the basic fitness room, which had limited equipment. However, the view from the room made up for it.

We loved the location of this hotel in beautiful surroundings with amazing views of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in hotels of this class. The hotel facilities were great, including an inside swimming pool and two playgrounds in front of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with balconies to a better one with a view on the mountains.
No issues.
